GOODIE BAGS
Every registrant will receive a goodie bag full of promotional items which includes CD's, tapes, photos, flyers, publications, stickers, showcase announcements and giveaways. Grab the attention of attendees with a creative insert to promote your business, product, service or showcase performance. PLACE AN AD IN THE CONFERENCE DIRECTORY
Advertising in the conference directory is affordable and works all year round as registrants and speakers use the book as their guide to the regional music industry long after the event. It's the perfect vehicle for catching the attention of those in the industry that need to know who you are, what you do and how you can be contacted.

A full-page B&W ad is only $750.00; half page ads are $425.00 and a quarter page ad is $250.00. Showcasing performers get 50% off all ads. Color ads and design services are available for an additional charge. Camera ready layout and payment must be received by September 12th.

FILE FORMATS
• The preferred platform is Macintosh.
• TIF, JPG, and PDF files with all art and fonts included. Photoshop EPS files are preferred. (if you supply an ad in one of these formats, it is irrelevant what platform it was created in)
• We will also accept Adobe Illustrator EPS files with all text converted to outlines.
• All continuous tone files must have a standing resolution of 300 dpi.
• Other formats we except: QuarkXPress 4.1 with all supporting files (art & fonts), Adobe PageMaker 7.0 with all supporting files, Adobe InDesign 2.0 with all supporting files
