PHOTO GUIDELINES Please provide a high-resolution color or B/W press photo. Photos can be in jpeg, tiff, or bmp format. Your photo may be used in conference promotional materials (posters, banners, print media). Small low-resolution (72dpi) jpeg files for web will be accepted, however, be aware that low-res photos may not be acceptable quality for use in promotional materials. Please be aware that Sonicbids EPK photos are NOT high-resolution. Photos may be used in local media articles and will be credited as "Press Photo" unless you provide a specific photo credit. If you submitted a photo for a previous conference and want us to use it, let us know. DESCRIPTION GUIDELINES Please provide an approximately 50 word description of your band/music for the conference directory. Keep in mind that descriptions will be read at a glance, so a summary that is concise and to the point will be more likely to be read the whole way through. Due to directory space limitations, descriptions over 50 words will be edited at our discretion. If you submitted a description for a previous conference and want us to use that description, let us know. Descriptions can be sent in email text, attached as a basic text file (.txt), a Microsoft Word document (.doc) or a PDF file. If you provide a PDF, please ensure that your description can be extracted as text. If your description is on your website, please provide a link to the specific page and make sure that it can be copied as text (i.e. not a jpeg or encoded as a Macromedia Flash file).
