Casey Desmond wins $10,000 Grand Prize in the VISION4MUSIC song writing contest
Vision4Music.com's Valerie Baines and Jim Malatesta came up on stage while Casey was performing at the Dewey Beach music conference VIP party and surprised her with an Award and a check for $10,000 for her song Save Me Now leaving her stunned and speechless. She's also won studio time in Nashville and some online promotion tools as well.

The Crash Motive's
song: "Not Giving Up" will be featured as a Theme to the Hit NBC TV show, Las Vegas, for the 2007-08 Season.

Amanda Kaletsky's
song “Everything Lies” was featured on an episode of MTV's The Hills.

Catch Will Dailey performing "Rise" on The Early Show on the morning of October 17. Will's appearance on the show will mark his national TV debut, and will kick off a huge day for him that culminates in his appearance on CSI:NY later that night.

was recently appeared on Conan Obrien on Aug 31st and has just been picked up to support Hanson on their new tour.

were selected by Starbucks as one of the Nation's top up-and-coming bands, and were voted the Grand Prize Winner of Starbucks "Off the Clock" CD contest! They are now featured on a compilation throughout the US and Canada selling over 30,000 copies.

The Vicious Martinis
sign to Gotham Records: After meeting at last year’s Dewey Beach Music Conference, Gotham Records is proud to announce the signing of Maryland’s own The Vicious Martinis. Composed of veteran musicians, their debut album will be available online on 8/14/07.

L.P. gets signed to Island Records
July 10, 2006 (New York, NY) – New York City based rocker, L.P. wowed a host of labels - with Island Records finally winning out by signing a multi-album deal after getting their socks knocked off at several scorching performances at the 2006 South by Southwest Music Conference.
Known for her wailing opera trained voice and nonstop touring, L.P. is taking a well deserved break from the road to write and record material for her forthcoming major label debut, with the release currently slated for Spring 2007.

"Time Is A Runaway" was featured on MTV.com's Laguna Beach After Show (Episode 17). "Ordinary" has won for Best Song in the Pop/Rock Category in the 2006 Independent Music Awards. The panel of judges included artists Norah Jones, Chris Thile, George Clinton, Joe Perry, and Melissa Etheridge, as well as numerous music executives. "Ordinary" is now spinning on Boston radio station 92.9 WBOS.

FLOREZ'S song “Natalie” was recently heard on NBCs TV series Scrubs. They are currently on tour with Josh Kelley.

PAUL LEWIS' Trading Horror Stories! made the first round entry list for the Grammy's this year...6 nominations. "It can happen" & "Sometimes" from Trading Horror Stories! charted on the college charts, reaching as high as #5.

CHELSA IN ORBIT have signed to start up indie label 42 North

JANN KLOSE has a song in an upcoming Warner Bros. DVD called “Dead Broke”, featuring Paul Sorvino. The movie is being released April 18th, 2006 and will have Jann’s song “Black Box” playing over the credits. The DVD also includes music by David Byrne and Mahalia Jackson. Jann’s live video of “Walk Through The River” has been released into the file sharing networks through a campaign with Musicdish.com and Atlanta-based Intent Media. The video has received over 60.000 downloads since it’s release last November. Also, Jann’s song “It’s Not The Way” from his Black Box EP is getting significant airplay in Indonesia. It’s out on a Sampler Disc called “Prambors Radio Hits 3” in the region through a licensing deal with UK based indie label Gotham Records. This Spring Jann Klose and his band will be touring the New England states as well as the Midwest.

SHANE HINES & THE TRANCE have been added to 240 college radio stations in the US and Canada. MTV's Road Rules has licensed all eleven songs on Shane's latest album, Zoe.
