Taking from a handful of English bands like The Cure, The Smiths, and My Bloody Valentine, Eleven:Eleven creates a sound that ranges from somber, effect-laden melodrama to simple, post-punk era pop.

7:30 NO SHOW PONIES (CAMP HILL, PA)
Rock 'n roll is not dead, radio is. By bringing the 'pop' back to popular music, No Show Ponies aim to prevent the waning format from receiving its last rites. If you too grow tired of seventh-generation grunge, discover No Show Ponies.

6:30 STYGIAN VEIL (NEWARK, DE)
Delightfully dark piano-based rock music with ominous guitars and bittersweet melodies, this female-fronted band "reigns as DE's most unusual act, and one of its most compelling" (Out & About) "deserves attention from the more adventurous listener" (CollectedSounds.com)

7:30 NEFRIT EL-OR BAND (NEW MARKET, MD)
Well arranged, and tightly tweaked, Nefrit’s barrier breaking music is honest, edgy and captivating. After 3 years of performing as a solo artist in clubs around the DC area, Nefrit has teamed with drummer David Tyndale, bassit Matt Eiland and guitar player Kevin Burnes. It was a year and a half ago when the band formed, and since then the experience has been nothing short of spectacular with the band continuing to develop and evolve their music.
"Nefrit El-Or has what it takes to get noticed in the music business."

8:30 JERRY CASTLE & THE STRIDE (NASHVILLE, TN)
Jerry Castle, a Virginia native and five year Nashville TN resident, delivers straightforward American rock that is gleefully twisted by swampy grooves and hook-laden pop sensibility. His sound is a combination of Americana, Rock, Pop, and Punk. "Tom Petty on steroids" is a phrase that is often used in describing Jerry’s sound. The truth of the matter is that Jerry Castle & The Stride have a sound that is all their own. Jerry’s songwriting and vocal delivery make you believe every single word that he says. His blue collar, no whining personality is reflected in all of his songs on his upcoming record, Back Side of Down.

9:30 PRACTICALLY EINSTEIN (ARLINGTON, VA)
Practically Einstein has honed their “misery pop” sound for the last several years while based in Arlington, VA, and touring clubs in the eastern states (i.e. Iota, CBGB’s, Howlin’ Wolf), and also in support of their CD release in England…the lost art of intelligent, meaningful pop-infected rock and roll!

10:30 JUNKFOOD (FAIRFAX, VA)
Delivering hook-laden rock through their high energy live show, this popular NoVA based band has shared many East Coast stages with everyone from Fuel to Pat McGee, and has been featured numerous times on programs for XM Radio and The WB.
