Love Seed Mama Jump is six-piece rock band from Sussex County, Delaware. The band formed in 2002 by a group of Indian River High School Students. The band has been performing locally at a number of local parties in the area. The band has a sound of Alternative, Rock and Rap all combined into one. It's a different sound that seems to draw people to stop and listen.

Mind Control is a female-fronted hard rock band from the eastern shore of Maryland. hypnotizing vocals and harmonies along with aggressive guitar riffs, powerful bass slapping, and crushing beats leave their audiences begging for more at every performance.

Diatribe was formed as a septet in the fall of 2000. The current incarnation consists of 2 emcees, DJ, drums, bass, guitar, and saxophone. Winners of the Virgin/CBGB's Battle of the Bands in January of 2002, and were finalists in the Kahunaville Summer Band Jam competition. Diatribe integrates hip-hop, reggae, funk, and Jazz creating the best of today's performance hip-hop.

Shame is a powerful quartet who will release their first national record, Brighter Than Gold, in the fall of 2004. This record will be released on Treasure Records and was produced/engineered by Mike Newman and Shelly Yakus.

10:00 PAWNSHOP ROSES (PHILADELPHIA, PA)
Let's face it, Philly has not been known for its rock acts since the late 80's and that's about to change. This young 4 piece combine solid songwriting with enough swagger to give a 20 year old Jagger a run for his money. A relatively new band, they have been compared to the Stones and the Faces but that doesn't seem to bother them one bit. Pawnshop Roses are straight ahead rock and roll tinged with tight harmonies, Saturday night guitars and a rhythm section that keep this train on track. Real rock and roll will never die and Pawnshop Roses are here to prove that.

11:20 JPARIS (REHOBOTH BEACH, DE)
JParis is a four-piece power-pop rock band in the vein of Dashboard Confessional, Sum-41. and Something Corporate. Hailing from Dover, DE, JParis released its first full-length album entitled 660. Since its November release, 660 has sold nearly 1000 copies through FYE stores with little to no airplay.

The style would be brit-pop meets garage-rock, except that it's not British and they actually play in a basement, not a garage. Regardless, Fooled By April is celebrating the release of their debut EP, produced by Mike Daly (Whiskeytown). In addition to their relentless touring of the Northeast, Midwest and South, the band has played showcases at the CMJ Music Marathon in New York City and a showcase at SXSW 2003 in Austin this past March.

The South Carolina mainstream rock band is featured on AlternativeAddiction.com's Unsigned Top 10 Charts as well as the site's V.4 Compilation CD featuring acts like 7 Mary 3, Flickerstick, and Stroke 9, released 08.24.04. The band plays constantly in the major markets surrounding their hometown including Atlanta, GA, Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC, Athens, GA, and more. A new EP is in the works for the band.

Halestorm has emerged into a rock genre that is both gritty and accessible. Lzzy Hale has the vocal chops to pull it off, and her songwriting is compelling and hook laden. Halestorm signed a production agreement with producer David Ivory and is currently touring regionally sharing stages with nationals such as, Three Days Grace, Finger Eleven, Breaking Benjamin, Kitty & Nonpoint.

Case 150 is a studley group of Rock Stars known for their ability to amply fill out their leather trousers. Actually CASE 150 is a group of veteran twangsters playing classic Roots Rock Americana Pop, whatever that is. The band features tight vocal harmonies, and some very strong instrumentals.

9:00 BRANDON WIARD AND HIS ARMY (TECUMSEH, MI)
Lush indie-pop intended for tight-fitting headphones and attentive listening. His new album, Painting A Burning Building features members of Ozma, The Singles, The Verve Pipe, Saturday Looks Good To Me and Blues Traveler, among others. It is the result of two years without food, sleep or rational thought.

12:20 BILLIONAIRE BOYS CLUB (JERSEY CITY, NJ)
Billionaire Boys Club, or BBC, as some call it, was formed in the summer of 2002 by four like-minded young men, tired of being told what was cool and hell-bent on having their own say. Bored with the same lame sounds being peddled over the airwaves, our friends in Billionaire Boys Club resolved to be at the forefront of a revolution years overdue — the re-birth of Rock & Roll. What they stand for is simple: honest, catchy, guitar-driven/harmony-laden rock with street credibility. They have a sound and image that go hand-in-hand, but they are definitely not all style and no substance.

A Steel Drum fronted jam band showcasing a variety of high energy grooves. The music represents a step in a new direction for the steel drum by melding elements of latin and afro-cuban jazz, rock, blues and funk.

7:40 LANKY (WAYNE, NJ)
Lanky delivers! A resonant voice and a collection of serene yet passionate melodies, with catchy rhythms and simple yet heartfelt lyrics. His songs are anything but ordinary. His debut cd Inner Onwriter was just reviewed in Performing Songwriter magazine claiming "...the album has an irresistible innocence and longing that is distinctly Lanky's own."
