9:00 BRENE WILSON (NEWARK, DE)
"Catchy pop/rock with a cool alternative vibe." That's one way to describe Brene's music. He is a singer/songwriter from the Newark area who is currently recording his 2nd self-released CD, which is scheduled for this fall. Brene has been constantly winning over the public with his infectious songs and energetic live performances. He was also a showcasing performer at the 1st annual Dewey Beach Music Conference in 2002.

Akiva moves and rocks and crackles and pops with the sounds of organic grooves and sweet lyrical proclamations. The twentysomething Long Islander recently teamed up with producer Philip A. Need a reason to see singer/songwriter Melissa Cox this year? She opened for Catie Curtis in ‘02. She was a finalist in the Jan. ‘04 Song of the Year Contest. She’s received praise from local DJs, publications and musicians. She’s been compared to Sarah McLachlan, Joni Mitchell & Tori Amos. Come see her perform with vocalist/flutist Nikki Gallagher!
